Data we collect
GroomCard is an offline-first, on-device app. It does not operate analytics, advertising, tracking, or any user-account server.
Your data is stored locally on your device: per-pet cards (breed, coat, allergies, behavior flags, preferred style, rabies-vaccine date), reference and before/after photos, owner details, and on-screen consent signatures, stored in an on-device file and image store.
There is no cloud sync and no backend account — your records never leave your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Data you choose to share
If you export a PDF, CSV, or other file, or use the iOS share sheet or AirDrop, you decide which destination receives it.
If you contact support by email, we receive the email address, message content, and attachments you send so we can respond.
Permissions
Camera access is used to take reference and before/after pet photos.
Photo library access is used only when you choose existing photos.
You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Purchases
Purchases and subscription status are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We do not run our own payment or account server.
Tracking and advertising
GroomCard does not track you across apps or websites and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
The app contains no third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics SDKs.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, uninstall the app, or remove app data through iOS.
Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain ordinary business records.

Website & support privacy
Website requests
This website is served from our Mac mini through Cloudflare. Cloudflare and our web server process technical request data such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and access time to deliver and protect the website. Server access and error logs may contain this information.
Language preference
If you choose a language, we save a first-party language cookie for up to one year across neonworks.app and its product subdomains. It is used only to remember your selection. There are no advertising trackers or analytics scripts added to this website.
Support messages
The support form opens an email draft on your device; it does not submit your message to a website database. When you send the email, we receive your email address, message and any attachments so we can handle your request. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information. Messages are retained only as needed to handle the request and ordinary business records.
Your choices and contact
You can clear the language cookie in your browser and request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence by writing to [email protected]. We may retain information where required by law. The developer is Evgenii Sinitsyn.
